Back to Gym again

I have been away from Gym for almost 2 months and I gained 3.3 kg, as of 25-Mar-2015, I am officially 53.3 kg. It's frustrating of course but that's the fact that I need to gulp with. I have been away from my workout routine and been eating like a king kong. So, it's all on me.

However, not a single day I feel like dying waiting to to go gym - at least am not giving up gym at my willingness.

For all what is worth, now I am back. Start from bottom again.

I make an effort to jot down all the routine and its reps each day just to see my progress. I am totally a beginner at the gym but coach is really pushing me more than others, I bet he wants to see result and he saw my commitment of finishing my reps and sets. I don't mind though as long as I can still go for it. So far, thankfully, I managed to get every reps and set done.

I love forward lunges, it is not that very hard for me but the weight is ouccchhh! I feel like my arms is falling apart. I love all the routines


Today is the most reps I have done by far and also the first time I did 8 routines in one and a half hour workout. It was good, although the reps are alot but all the routine was not very difficult for me, so It's a great workout day.. hehhee


Wooohoooo! today 8 routines and less reps but I was extremely struggling on my 3rd routine. Geeezzz! looks easy but once you lay on your tummy and start curling your legs, it is not as easy as it seems. I almost give up on my third set but coach insisted to finish all, he said slowly, I am sure you can finish it... oh well! he is right, after all I DID IT! It was my mind tricking me over it. Lucky for me coach push me.


Okay, I am home now after having brunch with my gym girlfriends.
