Long time.... isn't that right?
I have been busy, last 3 weeks from Kuching's road trip, came back and the shot for 2 weddings ont he same weekend, then last week shooting my cousin's wedding at Bundu. It was tiring, no doubt but I was very happy. Got the change to finally visit my relatives at Kuching and also get the chance to shot my very own cousin's wedding. Thanks Cuzzie ~!

By the way, I have good news! I am finally back to the kitchen again ~~yeeha!
The happiest person on earth surely my kids la... and hubby too for of course ^__^

Since last Monday I was cooking for dinner everyday except today. Hubby was feeling sick (fever) and went to clinic while I shop at the nearby supermarket. I was shopping for my Creamy Fruit Salad as requested by hubby. Today I didn't cook because it will be late already when we reach home after his clinic. The clinic itself charged him RM70+ and had a jab.

Prepared fruit salad and set in the fridge, now cooking Nestum Prawn and Seaweed Soup for tomorrow - lunch at the office. Own recipe and all good ~! Hubby tested and recipe passed with flying colors ^^



Setting all in the fridge now, one for my sis Lily's and her family and the other one for my big bro's family.


And... This is the actual plate... If u like raisin, u can add some raisin too!



This is my first ever seaweed soup with crabmeat ball. Without proper recipe, I did a good job I must say. tasty!



Another bidan terjun cooking for my nestum butter prawn. The last time I cook this dish was like ages, probably 13-15 years ago. But during that time! I was using a ready- made nestum. Now all fresh from factory. I am so glad it didnt end up as a failure, instead it was really taste good... The nestum was crispy and full of taste.

The cooking was so tiring but at the same time very inspiring.
